摘要
随着化学工业的迅速发展,化工仪表在生产过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。仪表故障会导致生产过程的不稳定,甚至可能引发安全事故,因此,对化工仪表的故障诊断与维修技术的研究显得尤为重要。本研究围绕化工仪表常见的故障类型,分析了常见的诊断技术和维修策略,探讨了各类故障的诊断流程和维修方法。
With the rapid development of the chemical industry,chemical instrumentation plays a crucial role in the production process.Instrument failures can lead to instability in the production process and may even trigger safety accidents.Therefore,research on the fault diagnosis and maintenance technology of chemical instruments is particularly important.This study focuses on common fault types of chemical instruments,analyzes common diagnostic techniques and maintenance strategies,and explores the diagnosis process and maintenance methods for various types of faults.
