摘要
本文对GH4169高强度精密螺栓的成形过程进行了分析,并提出了具体的成形工艺。在保证模具、坯料以及终轧温度均满足设计要求的前提下,采用双辊轧机代替单辊轧机加工成形。通过有限元仿真计算,得到了双辊轧机压下量和张力变化曲线,为双辊挤压设备参数设计提供依据;对热处理工艺进行了研究,根据该合金的力学性能特点,确定了加热温度范围在375~400℃之间,保温时间2 h,退火温度100~110℃,保温时间8~10 min。从而有效地提高了该材料的机械性能。
This article analyzes the forming process of GH4169 high-strength precision bolts and proposes specific forming techniques.Under the premise of ensuring that the mold,blank,and final rolling temperature meet the design requirements,a double-roll rolling mill is used instead of a single-roll rolling mill for forming.Through finite element simulation calculations,the load reduction and tension change curves of the double-roll rolling mill are obtained,providing a basis for the design of equipment parameters for doubleroll extrusion.Research has been conducted on the heat treatment process,and based on the mechanical properties of the alloy,the heating temperature range is determined to be between 375 and 400°C,with a holding time of 2 hours,an annealing temperature of 100 to 110°C,and a holding time of 8 to 10 minutes.This effectively improves the mechanical properties of the material.
