摘要
储罐内液体体积是食品药品生产过程控制的关键参数,主要采用静压仪表测量液体的液位,进而计算成液体体积。由于液位会随着密度变化产生较大浮动,同时储罐封头部分多为椭圆刨面,因此,液位值不能简单线性计算成体积值。但通过第三方软件计算的体积值存在精度差、不具有实时性、可靠性低等问题,所以需要一种基于PLC通用的LAD语言编译的具有密度修正功能的储罐体积计算程序,用微积分方程对罐内液体体积的线性及非线性部分进行精确计算,得出较高精度的体积值。该方法提高了程序的通用性和实时性,不仅可以直观准确在终端显示储罐当前体积,还可直接采用体积参数进行逻辑控制。
The liquid volume inside storage tanks is a critical parameter for controlling the production process of food and pharmaceuticals.The liquid level is mainly measured using static pressure instruments to calculate the liquid volume.However,due to fluctuations in density,the liquid level cannot be simply linearly calculated into volume,es⁃pecially since the tank heads are often elliptical.Third-party software can calculate the volume,but it has issues with accuracy,real-time performance,and reliability.Therefore,a tank volume calculation program based on the LAD lan⁃guage compiled by a PLC with density correction functionality is needed.The program uses calculus equations to accu⁃rately calculate the linear and nonlinear parts of the liquid volume inside the tank,resulting in a higher accuracy vol⁃ume value.This method improves the program's universality and real-time performance,allowing for the display of the current tank volume and the use of volume parameters for logic control.
