摘要
利用SolidWorks流体仿真模拟软件,分析工况介质流过偏心球阀时的压力分布、介质流动状态和物态变化等情况来分析偏心球阀在含固体颗粒介质工况冲刷磨损机理。根据其冲刷磨损机理为偏心球阀在含固体颗粒物介质工况下使用时,找到相应有效的防冲刷措施。
SolidWorks fluid simulation software is used to analyze the pressure distribution,medium flow state and physical state changes when the medium flows through the eccentric ball valve to analyze the erosion and wear mecha⁃nism of the eccentric ball valve in the medium containing solid particles.According to its erosion and wear mechanism,when the eccentric ball valve is used in the medium containing solid particulate matter,the corresponding effective anti-erosion measures are found.
