摘要
设计了一种高频钛合金硬密封球阀。首先对阀杆结构设计、阀座结构设计、阀体支架连接设计进行了叙述,并针对钛合金的摩擦学性能,高频钛合金硬密封球阀球体、阀座进行特定的表面硬化处理工艺技术。最后结合给定的参数,运用分析软件,对关键零件进行模拟仿真,其结果均符合设计要求。为钛合金硬密封球阀的设计提供了良好的参考依据。
A high frequency titanium alloy hard seal ball valve was designed.The structure design of the valve stem,the structure design of the valve seat and the connection design of the valve body bracket are described at first.In view of the tribological properties of the titanium alloy,the surface hardening treatment technology for the high-frequen⁃cy titanium alloy hard sealed ball valve ball and the valve seat is carried out.Finally,combined with the given parame⁃ters,the key parts are simulated by using the analysis software,and the results meet the design requirements.It provides a good reference for the design of titanium alloy hard seal ball valve.
