摘要
提出了一种基于注射速率优化的薄壁树脂传递模塑(RTM)实时控制方法,减少空隙缺陷,并编写了二维径向流仿真程序。结果表明:相比于恒定速率注射,该方法可减少填充时间,显著降低空隙率。在不同感应点间距下(1~10 mm)获得的空隙率值与理论解析值十分接近。
A real-time control method for thin-wall resin transfer molding(RTM) based on injection rate optimization was proposed to reduce void defects. The simulation program for two-dimensional radial flow process control was written. The results show that compared with the constant rate injection, the method can reduce the filling time and significantly reduce the porosity of the flow front. There is a slight deviation between the void content obtained at different spaces of sensing points(1~10 mm) and the theoretical analytical value.
