摘要
目的 探讨自拟止咳平喘合剂联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)临床症状及炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年1月收治的76例CVA患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(38例,孟鲁司特钠)和研究组(38例,自拟止咳平喘合剂联合孟鲁司特钠)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的86.84%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的日间咳嗽症状、夜间咳嗽症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的呼气流量峰值(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及用力肺活量(FVC)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的药物不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 自拟止咳平喘合剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗CVA患者的效果显著,可改善其临床症状,提高肺功能,降低EOS计数、ECP及炎症因子水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of self-made Zhike Pingchuan mixture combined with montelukast sodium on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 76 CVA patients admitted from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(38 cases,montelukast sodium)and study group(38 cases,self-made Zhike Pingchuan mixture combined with montelukast sodium).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.84%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of daytime cough symptoms and nighttime cough symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the eosinophil(EOS)count and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-5(IL-5)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Zhike Pingchuan mixture combined with montelukast sodium has a significant effect in the treatment of CVA patients,which can improve their clinical symptoms,elevate lung function,and reduce EOS count,ECP and inflammatory factors levels.
