摘要
目的:探究经阴道超声与经腹部超声诊断子宫肌瘤的价值。方法:选择桂林市恭城瑶族自治县人民医院2023年1—12月收治的疑似子宫肌瘤患者68例,均进行经阴道超声与经腹部超声检测,分析两种诊断方式的图像质量,并以病理诊断为“金标准”,对比两种诊断方式的诊断效能。结果:经阴道超声的图像清晰度、图像分辨率、图像对比度、图像细节可见度评分均高于经腹部超声(P<0.001)。经阴道超声诊断子宫肌瘤的灵敏度、准确率高于经腹部超声(P<0.05);两种检查方式的诊断特异度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经阴道超声与病理诊断的一致性较高(Kappa=0.882),经腹部超声与病理诊断的一致性一般(Kappa=0.481)。结论:经阴道超声诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值优于经腹部超声,图像质量和诊断效能较高。
Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 68 patients with suspected uterine fibroids admitted to the Guilin Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and all underwent transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound examinations.The image quality of the two diagnostic methods was analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two diagnostic methods was compared with pathological diagnosis as the"gold standard".Results:The image clarity,image resolution,image contrast,and image detail visibility scores of transvaginal ultrasound were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.001).The sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the diagnostic specificity of the two examination methods(P>0.05).The consistency between transvaginal ultrasound and pathological diagnosis was high(Kappa=0.882).The consistency between transabdominal ultrasound and pathological diagnosis was fair(Kappa=0.481).Conclusion:The clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing uterine fibroids is superior to that of transabdominal ultrasound,with higher image quality and diagnostic efficacy.
