摘要
目的:观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者使用消渴健脾汤联合胰岛素治疗的效果及安全性。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年6月烟台市蓬莱中医医院收治的108例T2DM患者参与研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(应用胰岛素治疗)与观察组(在对照组基础上联合消渴健脾汤治疗),各54例。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及神疲乏力、咽干口燥、烦渴欲饮评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素分泌指数均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用消渴健脾汤联合胰岛素治疗T2DM患者,能更好地稳定患者血糖水平,提高胰岛功能,减轻临床症状,且安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Xiaoke Jianpi decoction combined with insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 108 patients with T2DM admitted to Yantai Penglai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control group(treated with insulin)and an observation group(treated with Xiaoke Jianpi decoction combined with insulin on the basis of the control group)by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and the scores of fatigue,dry throat and dry mouth,and thirst were all reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin level and insulin secretion index of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xiaoke Jianpi decoction combined with insulin in the treatment of T2DM patients can better stabilize the blood sugar level of patients,improve pancreatic islet function,alleviate clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
