摘要
目的:探讨桂枝芍药知母汤治疗痛风性关节炎(GA)的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2024年6月仙桃市中西医结合医院收治的100例GA患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(实施常规治疗)和研究组(在对照组基础上给予桂枝芍药知母汤治疗),各50例。比较两组治疗效果、实验室指标、疼痛评分、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.001);治疗后,两组红细胞沉降率、尿酸、C反应蛋白水平及视觉模拟评分法评分均减小,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组关节肿痛、恶风怕冷、关节灼热、关节不利积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝芍药知母汤治疗GA的效果显著,可有效改善患者实验室指标,减轻临床症状,保障治疗安全性。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction on gouty arthritis(GA).Methods:100 GA patients admitted to Xiantao Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group(routine treatment)and study group(Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction treatment on the basis of control group)by random number table method,with 50 cases each.The therapeutic effect,laboratory indexes,Pain Scale,Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.001).After treatment,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,uric acid,C-reactive protein and Visual Analogue Score of two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint swelling and pain,aversion to wind and cold,joint burning and joint adverse syndrome were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction has a remarkable effect on GA,which can effectively improve the laboratory indexes of patients,reduce clinical symptoms and ensure the safety of treatment.
