摘要
目的:探讨阿替普酶联合替罗非班治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2024年10月合肥市红花岗区人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者70例,采用随机抽签法分为研究组(阿替普酶联合替罗非班治疗)和对照组(阿替普酶治疗),每组35例。对比两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、改良Rankin评分量表(mRS)评分及血管再闭塞情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS、mRS评分降低,ADL评分升高,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血管再闭塞率低于对照组(P=0.024);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.024);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿替普酶联合替罗非班治疗急性脑梗死的效果理想,可有效改善患者神经功能、临床结局,提高日常生活能力,降低血管再闭塞率,安全性较好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of alteplase combined with tirofiban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Zunyi Honghuagang District People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2024 were selected and divided into study group(alteplase combined with tirofiban treatment)and control group(alteplase treatment)by random draw method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The score of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),activity of daily living scale(ADL),modified rankin score scale(mRS),vascular re-occlusion,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,NIHSS and mRS scores decreased,ADL scores increased,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The rate of vascular re-occlusion in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.024).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase combined with tirofiban has an ideal effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the neurological function and clinical outcome of patients,improve the ability of daily living,reduce the rate of vascular re-occlusion,and have good safety.
