摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病患者发生脑血管病变的危险因素。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月新疆医科大学第五附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,收集患者临床资料,统计患者血清甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积(TyG)指数及脑血管病变情况,采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响2型糖尿病患者脑血管病变的相关因素。结果:在100例2型糖尿病患者中,发生脑血管病变50例(占比50%);单因素分析显示,脑血管病变组中存在高血压、高脂血症、颈动脉斑块的患者占比及颈动脉内中膜厚度、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平、TyG指数均高于未发生脑血管病变组(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,高血压、高脂血症、存在颈动脉斑块及较高的颈动脉内中膜厚度、LDL-C、TyG指数是2型糖尿病患者发生脑血管病变的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者发生脑血管病变的影响因素包括高血压、高脂血症、TyG指数等,能够为2型糖尿病患者脑血管病变的早期预防干预提供参考。
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected.Clinical data of the patients were collected,and serum triglyceride glucose product(TyG)index and cerebrovascular lesions of the patients were analyzed.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting cerebrovascular disease in type 2 diabetes patients.Results:Among 100 patients with type 2 diabetes,50(50%)had cerebrovascular disease.Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia,carotid plaque,carotid intimedia thickness,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level and TyG index in the cerebrovascular disease group were higher than those in the group without cerebrovascular disease(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that hypertension,hyperlipidemia,carotid plaque,and high carotid intima-media thickness,LDL-C,TyG index were risk factors for cerebrovascular disease in type 2 diabetes patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of cerebrovascular disease in type 2 diabetes patients include hypertension,hyperlipidemia,TyG index,which can provide reference for early prevention and intervention of cerebrovascular disease in type 2 diabetes patients.
