摘要
为了进一步研究91303工作面顶板难以垮落问题,引用预裂爆破精准卸压技术展开研究。通过图文描述解释了使用聚能管进行顶板预裂爆破的原理。同时结合工程现状,为其设计预裂爆破方案,对预裂爆破精准卸压主要技术参数进行确定。并对切顶卸压效果进行分析,最终顶底板移近量为680 mm,帮缩量为200 mm,浅基点部分离层与深基点部分离层分别为8 mm和21 mm,并且均在工作面推进60 m时趋于稳定。可以看出整体切顶卸压效果较好,为后续预裂爆破切顶卸压工作提供一定的参考。
In order to further study the problem of difficult collapse of the top plate of the 91303 working face,the author cited the precise pressure relief technology of pre splitting blasting for research.The principle of using energy gathering tubes for roof pre splitting blasting was explained through graphic and textual descriptions.At the same time,based on the current engineering situation,the author designed a pre splitting blasting scheme and determined the main technical parameters for precise pressure relief in pre splitting blasting.And the effect of cutting the top and unloading was analyzed.The final displacement of the top and bottom plates was 680 mm,and the shrinkage was 200 mm.The separation of the shallow and deep base points was 8 mm and 21 mm,respectively,and both tended to stabilize when the working face was advanced for 60 m.It can be seen that the overall top cutting and pressure relief effect is good,providing a certain reference for the subsequent pre splitting blasting top cutting and pressure relief work.
