基于测力锚杆的围岩松动圈范围探测 被引量:1

摘要 为准确且便于探索围岩松动圈大小,研发了一种新型的测力锚杆,由锚杆杆体(杆体内埋设应变片)、端头组合装置及外接显示器组成;将测力锚杆布置在岩体内,通过感应杆体变形位置与变形量,监测岩体围岩松动圈范围。基于工程实践,某工作面测力锚杆监测得出的顶板围岩松动圈范围约为1.5 m;同时,采用钻孔窥视观测,得到松动圈范围约为1.6 m,两者监测结果较为一致,通过新型测力锚杆测试松动圈精确的范围可行。 To accurately and conveniently explore the size of the rock mass loosening zone,a new type of dynamometer bolt is developed,which consists of an anchor rod body(with strain gauges embedded in the rod body),an end combination device,and an external display;The dyna-mometer anchor is arranged in the rock mass,and the range of loose zone of surrounding rock mass is monitored by sensing the deformation position and amount of the rod body.Based on engineering practice,the range of the loose zone of the roof surrounding rock obtained from the force anchor monitoring of a certain working face is about 1.5 m;At the same time,using borehole observation,the range of the loose circle was found to be about 1.6 m,and the monitoring results of the two were relatively consistent.It is feasible to test the precise range of the loosening ring through a new type of force measuring anchor rod.
