坚硬顶煤综放开采钻孔预裂参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前坚硬顶煤综放开采工作面存在顶煤弱化技术所面临的高成本、受煤层条件制约等问题。提出了一种大直径钻孔顶煤预裂技术,实现有效弱化厚煤层中坚硬顶煤。并对预裂钻孔塑性区分布影响因素进行了研究,结果表明,随着应力集中系数的增大,垂直方向的塑性区逐渐增大,水平方向的塑性区逐渐减小。通过对预裂钻孔布置与参数研究,最后确定钻孔尺寸为150 mm,钻孔间距为2 m。最后对特殊地段顶板裂隙过于发育提出采用注浆加固的方式进行加固措施。 At present,the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with hard top coal faces some problems,such as the high cost of top coal weakening technology and the constraints of coal seam conditions.A large-diameter drilling pre-splitting technique for top coal is proposed to effectively weaken the hard roof within thick coal seams.Factors influencing the distribution of the plastic zone around pre-splitting boreholes were investigated.The results show that as the stress concentration factor increases,the vertical plastic zone gradually enlarges while the horizontal plastic zone gradually diminishes.Through the study of the arrangement and parameters of pre-splitting boreholes,the final determined borehole size is 150 mm with a borehole spacing of 2 m.Lastly,for specific sections with overly developed roof fractures,grouting reinforcement measures are proposed.
