枫香精油成分分析

Determination of Volatile Constituents of Liquidambar Formosana Oil

摘要 旨在对枫香精油品质实施规范化管理,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对所生产的枫香精油的化学组分进行鉴别,并依据气相色谱法(GC)面积归一化方法对其各组分进行量化分析,对枫香精油的物理和化学性质指标进行了检测。结果表明,确定了占精油总量92.772%的46种成分,其中占总量47.182%的单萜22种,占总量44.769%的倍半萜17种,芳香烃及衍生物7种;精油中含量大于3%主要成分为β-石竹烯(34.245%),β-蒎烯(13.061%),α-蒎烯(9.590%),莰烯(5.920%),4-松油醇(4.209%),苧烯(3.997%),对伞花烃(3.113%),产品的理化指标及主成分含量符合团体标准T/CAFFCI 52—2022的要求。 In order to standardize the quality,the chemical composition of the produced maple Liquidambar formosana oil was qualitatively determined by GC-MS and quantitatively analyzed by GC area normalization method,the physicochemical index of essential oil was also determined.The experimental results showed that 46 components of essential oil were identified,accounting for 92.772%of the total oil,including 22 monoterpenoids,accounting for 47.182%,17 sesquiterpenoids,accounting for 44.769%,and 7 aromatic hydrocarbons and derivatives.Primary constituents of the crucial oil includedβ-caryophyllene at 34.245%,β-pinene constituting 13.061%,α-pinene at 9.590%,followed by camphene with 5.920%,4-terpinol at 4.209%,limonene which was 3.997%,and p-cymene at 3.113%.The physicochemical index andt principal component content of essentiale products meet the requirements of the group standard T/CAFFCI 52—2022.
