摘要
费托合成反应是煤炭转化为液体燃料的核心工艺,但其反应器在长期运行中,循环气压缩机管线面临腐蚀问题,影响煤制油装置的运行安全。以宁夏煤业有限公司400万吨/年煤制油装置为对象,发现管线腐蚀主要源于湿环境下的CO_(2)腐蚀,且有机酸产物、流速与温度波动加剧了腐蚀。通过调整操作参数、提高水分离效率及改进管线材质等措施,有效改善管线腐蚀状况。为煤制油装置的防腐提供了技术支持,对相关装置的防腐具有指导意义。
The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction is the core process for converting coal into liquid fuels,but the circulation gas compressor pipeline of reactor face corrosion issues during operation,affecting the safety of the coal-to-liquid plant.This study focuses on the 4 million tons/year coal-to-liquid plant of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.It was found that the pipeline corrosion is primarily caused by CO_(2) corrosion in a wet environ-ment,with the presence of organic acid by-products,flow velocity and temperature fluctuations further exacerbating the corrosion.By optimizing op-erational parameters,improving water separation efficiency and changing pipeline material,the corrosion of the pipelines was effectively mitigated.This research provides technical support for corrosion prevention in coal-to-liquid plants and also offers valuable guidance for similar facilities.
