摘要 空化技术在工业清洗、污水处理和重油减黏方面有广泛应用。空化技术可以清理机械表面的污垢,去除水中的有机污染物,降低原油的黏度。空化技术与其他技术结合可以提高清洗效率和环保性。在水处理领域,水力空化技术因其装置简易、操作简单、能效比较高等优点,展现出良好的应用潜力。空化技术还被用于细胞破碎和脂质提取,以及制备稳定的油水乳液。空化技术因其独特的物理化学效应,在多个领域展现出广泛的应用前景。随着技术的不断发展,空化技术在未来的工业应用中将发挥更大的作用。从空化的理论及传统和新型应用现状方面对空化技术做了阶段性总结,重点概括描述了主要结论和研究成果,并对其今后的发展做了展望。 Cavitation technology is widely used in industrial cleaning,water pollution treatment and heavy oil viscosity reduction.Cavitation technology can clean the dirt on the surface of machinery,remove organic pollutants in water and reduce the viscosity of crude oil.The combination of cavitation technology and other technologies can improve the cleaning efficiency and environmental protection.In the field of water treatment,hydrodynamic cavitation technology shows good potential for application due to its simple device,simple operation and high energy efficiency.Cavitation is also used for cell fragmentation and lipid extraction,as well as the preparation of stable oil-water emulsions.Due to its unique physicochemical effects,cavitation technology shows a wide range of application prospects in many fields.With the continuous development of the technology,cavitation will play a greater role in future industrial applications.The cavitation technology is summarized from the aspects of cavitation theory and the status quo of traditional and new applications,and the main conclusions and research results are summarized,and its future development is prospected.
