摘要
目的:探讨2020-2022年江门市江海区从业人员肺结核流行病学特征及其防控措施。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月个人到江门市江海区人民医院进行健康体检的27523例从业人员资料。所有从业人员均行常规体检,对2020-2022年江门市江海区从业人员肺结核流行病学特征进行分析,主要从肺结核检出率、不同性别、不同年龄、不同行业、不同时间等肺结核检出情况展开调查。结果:27523例从业人员中,检出122例肺结核,检出率为0.443%;其中2020年检出率为0.39%,2021年为0.48%;2022年为0.46%。男性肺结核的检出率在不同年份以及总检出率中均高于女性。从业人员的肺结核发病年龄主要集中在25~34岁,其次为18~24岁、≥55岁。不同行业从业人员中,以食品行业的肺结核检出率最高,公共场所服务业、劳动密集型行业检出率次之,个体行业检出率最低。2020-2022年,从业人员肺结核检出率均为12月最高,其次为1月、6月,其他月份检出率较低。结论:江门市江海区从业人员肺结核检出率较高,具有明显的流行病学特征,高发于25~34岁中青年,呈现出现明显的季节性,且以食品行业、公共场所服务业、劳动密集型行业较为高发,可针对上述流行病学特征制定针对性防控措施,以降低疾病影响。
Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics and control measures of tuberculosis among employees in Jianghai District,Jiangmen City from 2020 to 2022.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the health examination data of 27,523 employees who visited The People's Hospital of Jianghai District,Jiangmen from January 2020 to December 2022.All employees underwent routine physical examinations.The epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis among employees in Jianghai District,Jiangmen City,from 2020 to 2022 were analyzed,focusing on the detection rate of tuberculosis,differences in gender,age,industry,and time.Results Among the 27,523 employees,122 cases of tuberculosis were detected,with the detection rate of 0.443%.The detection rates for 2020,2021,and 2022 were 0.39%,0.48%,and 0.46%,respectively.The detection rate of tuberculosis in males was higher than that in females across different years and in the overall rate.The age group with the highest incidence of tuberculosis among employees was 25-34 years,followed by 18-24 years and≥55 years.Among different industries,the food industry had the highest detection rate of tuberculosis,followed by public service industries and labor-intensive industries,with the lowest rate observed in individual industries.From 2020 to 2022,the detection rate of tuberculosis among employees was highest in December,followed by January and June,with lower rates in other months.Conclusion The detection rate of tuberculosis among employees in Jianghai District,Jiangmen City,is relatively high,with distinct epidemiological characteristics.The disease is more prevalent among young and middle-aged individuals aged 25-34 years,exhibits a clear seasonal pattern,and is more common in the food industry,public service industries,and labor-intensive industries.Targeted control measures based on these epidemiological characteristics should be implemented to reduce the impact of the disease.
