摘要
目的:探讨核医学巡回护士参与延续性护理在放射性碘-125粒子植入术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月1日~2024年1月31日进行单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)/电子计算机断层显像(CT)引导下放射性碘-125粒子植入术患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组实施常规护理方法,观察组采取核医学巡回护士参与延续性护理;对两组粒子植入相关知识掌握程度、满意度、防护措施落实依从性进行观察。结果:观察组粒子植入相关知识的掌握程度、满意度、防护措施落实依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在放射性碘-125粒子植入术患者治疗中,核医学巡回护士参与延续性护理可提高患者满意度、促进患者康复、增强患者防护理念,提高防护措施落实依从性。
Objective:To explore the application effect of participation of itinerant nurses of nuclear medicine section in continuous nursing care in the treatment of patients with radioactive iodine-125 particle implantation.Methods:A total of 64 patients treated with radioactive iodine-125 particle implantation guided by single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)/computed tomography(CT)from March 1,2023 to January 31,2024 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.In the observation group,the itinerant nurses of nuclear medicine section participated in continuous nursing care.The mastery degree of particle implantation related knowledge,satisfaction and compliance of protective measures were observed in the two groups.Results:The mastery degree of particle implantation related knowledge,satisfaction and compliance of protective measures in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with radioactive iodine-125 particle implantation,participation of the itinerant nurses of nuclear medicine section in continuous nursing care has a significant effect on improving patient satisfaction,promoting patient rehabilitation,strengthening patient′s concept of protection,improving the compliance of the implementation of protection measures.
