摘要
介绍了40000m3/h空分装置整体工艺流程,阐述了空分装置氩系统发生氮塞对上、下游工序的影响,分析了氩系统发生氮塞的根本原因,制定了相应的预防措施,并优化了操作过程,保证了空分装置的产量及纯度。
This article introduces the overall process flow of 40000 m3/h air separation plant,describes the impact of nitrogen plugging on the upstream and downstream processes in the argon system of the air separation unit,analyzes the root causes of nitrogen plugging in the argon system,develops corresponding preventive measures,and optimizes the opera⁃tion process to ensure the output and purity of the air separation unit.
