教育赋能:乡村振兴视域下乡村幼儿家长角色的境遇与突破

Empowering Education:The Situation and Breakthroughs of Rural Preschool Parents’Role in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

摘要 乡村要振兴,教育当先行。作为乡村社会中的一员,乡村幼儿家长的村民角色体验与教养角色行为对乡村发展与幼儿成长起着重要作用。根据身心在乡土的不同体验及教养一致性程度,乡村幼儿家长群体形成了四种角色倾向。基于实地调研,研究者深入了解家长心声,转向角色表象背后,从家庭资本、乡村发展水平、乡村社会支持三方面对家长角色倾向进行归因,并从教育赋能、文化增生、外通内合三方面提出家长角色困境的突破路径。 Rural revitalization begins with education.As members of rural society,parents of preschoolers in rural areas with the experiences of being a villager and the behaviors associated with parenting play a crucial role in both the development of their communities and the growth of their children.Based on different experiences of the body and mind in rural areas and the consistency of parenting behavior,four role tendencies have emerged among parents of rural preschoolers.Through field research,researchers gained a deeper understanding of the voices of parents and,looking beyond the surface of their roles,attributed their tendencies to three factors:family capital,rural development level,and rural social support.Finally,the article proposes breakthrough paths for parental role dilemmas from three aspects:educational empowerment,cultural growth,and internal and external integration.
