摘要
室内测定了噻呋酰胺和种菌唑及其不同配比对大豆白绢病的病原菌齐整小核菌Sclerotium rolfsii和立枯病的病原菌立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani的毒力,结果表明,噻呋酰胺和种菌唑对大豆齐整小核菌的EC _(50)分别为0.120μg/mL和0.033μg/mL,对立枯丝核菌的EC _(50)分别为0.164μg/mL和0.022μg/mL,二者有效成分比例在1∶1,1∶5和1∶10时对大豆白绢病菌抑制效果好,表现为增效作用,增效系数分别为1.670,1.787和1.606,在5∶1,1∶1和1∶5时对立枯病菌抑制效果好,表现为增效作用,增效系数分别是1.756,1.616,和1.512。室内盆栽和田间试验表明,噻呋酰胺和种菌唑在1∶5配比下对大豆白绢病和立枯病防控效果分别达93.6%和88.3%,且能促进大豆苗期生长,增产率为39.1%~59.1%。综合考虑药剂对大豆出苗的安全性、对大豆白绢病和立枯病的防效及大豆增产效果,噻呋酰胺和种菌唑在1∶5配比下对大豆白绢病和立枯病具有明显的防治效果,适合防治大豆根茎部病害。
Activity of thifluzamide,ipconazole,and their combination against Sclerotium rolfsii and Rhizoctonia solani of soybean was determined.The results showed that the EC _(50) values of thifluzamide and ipconazole against S.rolfsii and R.solani were 0.120μg/mL and 0.033μg/mL,0.164μg/mL and 0.022μg/mL,respectively.The combined effectiveness between thifluzamide and ipconazole was calculated by Wadley’s method,and synergistic interactions(SR≥1.5)between thifluzamide and ipconazole was found at the radios of 1∶1,1∶5,and 1∶10 against S.rolfsii,with synergistic coefficients of 1.670,1.787 and 1.606,and at the radios of 5∶1,1∶1 and 1∶5 against R.solani,with synergistic coefficients of 1.756,1.616 and 1.512,respectively.Pot experiments and field trials demonstrated that the combination of thifluzamide and ipconazole at a ratio of 1∶5 had good control efficacy of 93.6%and 88.3%against soybean southern blight and damping-off disease,respectively,and could effectively promote the growth of soybean seedlings and increase yield by 39.1%to 59.1%,respectively.Based on the safety,disease prevention,and yield increasing effects,the combination of thifluzamide and ipconazole at a ratio of 1∶5 has a significant synergistic effect on soybean southern blight and damping-off disease,which is suitable for controlling soybean root and stem diseases in field.
