摘要
随着氢燃料汽车数量的持续增长,氢能需求量愈加庞大,如何减少氢能生产过程中的碳排放并保障其稳定供应,是当前氢能发展的重大挑战。该文提出一种依靠风光新能源就地制绿氢的加氢站调度策略,针对新能源带来的不确定性,采用多边形不确定集和区间优化方法;在此基础上,提出一种基于新能源和储能动态变化特性的动态氢价策略,并考虑氢负荷需求响应模型,以此实现源荷之间有效互动和氢能供需平衡,有效提升新能源消纳率。最后通过算例验证所提方法的有效性,不同场景下的调度收益情况结果表明所提模型在考虑新能源不确定性和加入动态氢价策略后,显著提高了新能源的利用率和加氢站的经济收益,证明了所提方法在新能源加氢站低碳经济运行的有效性。
With the growing number of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles,the demand for hydrogen energy becomes increasingly vast.Consequently,reducing carbon emissions during hydrogen production while ensuring its stable supply poses a significant challenge for the current development of hydrogen energy.This paper proposes a strategy for hydrogen refueling stations that relies on renewable energy such as wind and solar energy to product hydrogen,and adopts an interval optimization with polygonal uncertainty set.On this basis,a dynamic hydrogen pricing strategy considering the dynamically changing characteristics of the renewable energy and hydrogen storage is developed.Moreover the hydrogen load demand response model is developed,which can achieves the effective interaction between sources and loads and the balance between the supply and demand of hydrogen.It also can effectively enhance the renewable energy consumption rate.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through case studies,and the benefit results under different scenarios are analysed.The results show that the proposed model significantly improves the consumption rate of renewable energy and the benefits of hydrogen refueling stations after considering the uncertainty of renewable energy and the dynamic hydrogen pricing strategy.The effectiveness of the proposed method is also proved in terms of the low-carbon and economic operation of hydrogen refueling stations with renewable energy.
