摘要
漂石地层具有粒径大、强度高、磨蚀性强等工程地质特征,针对漂石地层盾构隧道掘进时滚刀磨损问题,结合北京地铁16号线榆~宛区间工程实例,采取离散元数值模拟及现场实测数据分析相结合的方法,对漂石地层盾构正面滚刀受力及磨损规律展开研究,得出以下结论:1)随着滚刀安装半径增加,掘进过程中滚刀侧向力与滚动力均出现呈线性增长,而滚刀法向力与安装半径之间不具有显著相关性;2)滚刀侧向力、滚动力和法向力与刀盘贯入度均具有显著的线性正相关性,在相同贯入度时,随着刀盘转速的增大,滚刀所受侧向力与滚动力呈线性增大,但滚刀的法向力基本保持不变;3)随安装半径增大,滚刀磨损量线性增加,滚刀所受侧向力和滚动力与磨损量具有明显相关性。研究结论对漂石地层盾构选型,刀具设计及布置具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。
The boulder strata has engineering geological characteristics such as large particle size,high strength,and strong abrasiveness.In view of the wear of disc cutters during shield tunnel excavation in the boulder strata,combining with the engineering example of the Yuwan section of Beijing Subway Line 16,a combination of discrete element numerical simulation and on-site measurement data analysis is adopted to study the force and wear law of the front disc cutters of the shield in the boulder strata.The following conclusions were drawn:1)As the installation radius of disc cutters increases,the lateral force and rolling force of disc cutters increase linearly during the excavation process,while there is no significant correlation between the normal force and the installation radius;2)The lateral force,rolling force and normal force of the disc cutters have a significant linear correlation with penetration.Under the same penetration,with the increase of the rotational speed of the cutterhead,the lateral force and rolling force increase linearly,but the normal force remains basically unchanged;3)As the installation radius increases,the wear of the disc cutters increases linearly,and the lateral and rolling forces on the disc cutters are significantly correlated with the wear.The research conclusion has certain reference significance and value for shield selection,cutter design,and layout in boulder strata.
