摘要
本研究阐述了伴随租界的开辟与建设,近代天津租界政府办公建筑的发展历程,在此基础上,针对建筑选址、形式风格、功能布局三个维度,分析了该类型建筑的总体特征,并从建筑层面与城区空间层面,阐述了天津租界政府办公建筑对近代与当代的影响与启示。
This paper elaborated on the development history of the government office buildings in modern Tianjin concession with the opening and construction of the concession.Based on this,the overall characteristics of this type of buildings are analyzed from three dimensions of site selection,form style and functional layout.Then it described the influence and inspiration of the government office buildings in Tianjin concession for the modern and contemporary times from the architectural level and the urban spatial level.
