摘要
立式轴流泵同步电机是南水北调大中型泵站的核心设备,启动前需进行顶车。顶车是为了使润滑油进入机组推力瓦和镜板之间并形成油膜,以减少电机启动力矩,降低启动电流,保护电网安全,延长设备使用寿命。科学研制了可视化液压顶车测控装置并成功应用,替代了原移动式液压装置,消除了安全隐患,提高了工作效率,保障了人身和设备安全,避免了安全事故的发生,达到了预期目的。
The synchronous motor of the vertical axial flow pump is the core equipment of the large and medium-sized pump stations in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and it needs to be topped up before starting.The top car is designed to allow lubricating oil to enter between the thrust tile and mirror plate of the unit and form an oil film,in order to reduce the starting torque of the motor,lower the starting current,protect the safety of the power grid,and extend the service life of the equipment.A visual hydraulic top car measurement and control device has been scientifically developed and successfully applied,replacing the original mobile hydraulic device,eliminating safety hazards,improving work efficiency,ensuring personal and equipment safety,avoiding safety accidents,and achieving the expected goals.
