摘要
对交流电机定子绕组匝间短路故障点进行离线诊断有助于缩短寻找故障点的时间,便于对绕组进行维修或更换。本文提出了将原本用于检测转子绕组匝间短路故障的开口变压器法,应用于检测定子绕组匝间短路故障。因故障点的位置不确定,设计了定子绕组单相连接交流电压源的实验方案,在非励磁相发生故障时,用开口变压器检测故障点所在槽的感应电动势。推导了开口变压器铁芯在定子绕组非励磁相正常状态和匝间短路故障状态下的磁通表达式,进一步得到其绕组感应电动势的表达式,从而获取故障前后的变化规律。经实验验证,故障状态下短路电流和开口变压器感应电动势随故障程度的加深而逐渐降低,证明了该方法检测的可行性。
The off-line diagnosis of the inter-turn short circuit fault point of the AC motor stator winding is helpful to shorten the time of finding the fault point and facilitate the maintenance or replacement of the winding.In this paper,the open transformer method applied to the detection of rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault is transplanted to the detection of stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault.Due to the uncertain location of the fault point,the single-phase connection of the stator winding to the AC voltage source is designed.When the non-excited phase fails,the open transformer is used to detect the variation of the induced electromotive force of the slot where the fault point is located.The magnetic flux expression of the open-end transformer core under the normal and inter-turn short-circuit fault conditions of the stator winding is derived,and the expression of the induced electromotive force of the winding is further obtained to obtain the change rule before and after the fault.The experimental results show that the short-circuit current and the induced electromotive force of the open transformer gradually decrease with the deepening of the fault degree,
