摘要
目的:探讨阑尾炎患者手术患者术后常规预防感染治疗期间应用根因分析法护理干预的效果。方法:选取我院在2019年1月—2024年6月收治的50例阑尾炎术后患者为研究对象,均顺利完成腹腔镜阑尾切除术,并于术后予以抗感染治疗。依据入组时间先后进行分组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组接受根因分析法护理干预。比较两组炎性因子水平变化及术后感染发生率。结果:干预后,观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平以及感染总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于阑尾炎患者,术后使用抗菌药物治疗期间,采取根本原因分析的护理方法是可行的,能够有效地抑制体内炎性因子水平,从而降低术后感染的风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of root cause analysis nursing intervention during routine prevention of infection in patients with appendicitis after operation.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2024,50 patients with appendicitis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All of them successfully completed laparoscopic appendectomy and received anti-infective treatment after operation.According to the grouping time,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received root cause analysis nursing intervention.The changes of inflammatory factor levels and the incidence of postoperative infection were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and the total incidence of infection in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with appendicitis,it is feasible to adopt the nursing method of root cause analysis during postoperative antibiotic treatment,which can effectively inhibit the level of inflammatory factors in the body,thus reducing the risk of postoperative infection.
