摘要
以6082铝合金为研究对象,分析时效处理对6082铝合金组织和腐蚀性能的影响。对6082铝合金进行540℃、30 min固溶处理,在时效温度为170℃时,确定不同时效时间与硬度的关系曲线。选择欠时效为170℃、4 h,峰值时效为170℃、8 h,过时效为170℃、12 h,进行晶间腐蚀、剥落腐蚀、应力腐蚀,分析6082铝合金的微观组织演变规律和晶间腐蚀、剥落腐蚀、应力腐蚀行为。结果表明,时效处理对6082铝合金硬度影响较大,随着时效时间的增加,6082铝合金表面硬度逐渐增大。8 h达到峰值后,随着时效时间的继续增加,硬度开始逐渐降低。时效处理对6082铝合金腐蚀性能影响较大,对晶间腐蚀、剥落腐蚀、应力腐蚀敏感性影响顺序基本一致,腐蚀敏感性由高到低为峰值时效、欠时效、过时效。
Taking 6082 aluminum alloy as the research object,the influence of aging treatment on the structure and corrosion performance of 6082 aluminum alloy was analyzed.The 6082 aluminum alloy was treated with a solution treatment at 540℃for 30min,and the relationship curve between the aging time and hardness was determined when the aging temperature was 170℃.The under-aging was 170℃,4 h,the peak-aging was 170℃,8 h,and the over-aging was 170℃,12 h,the intergranular corrosion,spalling corrosion,and stress corrosion were carried out,and the microstructure evolution law and intergranular corrosion,spalling corrosion,and stress corrosion behaviors of 6082 aluminum alloy were analyzed.The result shows that the aging treatment has a great effect on the hardness of 6082 aluminum alloy,and the surface hardness of 6082 aluminum alloy increases gradually with the increase of aging time.After reaching the peak of 8 h,the hardness began to gradually decrease as the aging time continued to increase.The aging treatment has a great impact on the corrosion performance of 6082 aluminum alloy,and the influence order on intergranular corrosion sensitivity,spalling corrosion sensitivity and stress corrosion sensitivity is basically the same,and the corrosion sensitivity is peak-aging,under-aging and over-aging from high to low.
