摘要
《外台秘要》是一部以方剂为主要内容的大型医学著作,全面汇总了外感、内伤、杂病、妇科、儿科、外科、五官科的学术成就,该书对外感、内伤、杂病的发展起到启发和奠基作用,详细保留了隋唐及以前医家对骨蒸、虚劳、失精、脾胃虚损、痰饮、积聚、噎膈等疾病的病因、病机及用药理解,它对朱丹溪的“滋阴派”的兴起和广义的“痰”的概念发展产生了深远的影响。
“Waitai Miyao”is a large-scale medical work with prescriptions as its main content.It comprehensively summarizes the academic achievements of exogenous diseases,internal injuries,miscellaneous diseases,gynecology,pediatrics,surgery,and ENT.The book has inspired and laid the foundation for the development of exogenous diseases,internal injuries,and miscellaneous diseases.It has preserved in detail the etiology,pathogenesis,and medication understanding of diseases such as bone steaming,asthenia,loss of semen,spleen and stomach deficiency,phlegm,accumulation,and dysphagia by doctors in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and before.It has had a profound impact on the rise of ZHU Danxi’s“Yin-nourishing School”and the development of the concept of“phlegm”in a broad sense.
