摘要
阴阳学说作为中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,常用来阐述中医学中诸多的生理和病理现象。《素问·生气通天论篇》中的“阴平阳秘”,高度概括了人体的最佳生命活动状态。文章以“阴平阳秘”理论为基础,试从脏腑、气血津液等多个视角去研究阴阳理论与老年痴呆病症的关联性,认为老年痴呆产生的根本矛盾即阴精与阳气失调,其具体病因病机为:髓海不足、脑失所养,气血病变致痰浊瘀阻脑络等。以期为中医防治老年痴呆提供新的思路和指导。
Theory of yin and yang,a fundamentalelement of the traditional Chinese medical system,is often used to explain a multitude of physiological and pathological phenomena in the traditional Chinese medical system.The“Balance between Yin and Yang”in“Plain Questions·Sheng Qi Tong Tian Theory”highly summarizes the best life activity state of the human body.Based on the theory of‘Balance between Yin and Yang’,this paper tries to study the correlation between yin-yang theory and Alzheimer‘s disease from multiple perspectives such as zang-fu organs,qi,blood and body fluid.It is believed that the fundamental contradiction of senile dementia is the imbalance between yin essence and yang qi.The specific etiology and pathogenesis are as follows:the deficiency of marrow-sea,brain loss of nourishment;Qi and blood lesions lead to phlegm turbidity and blood stasis blocking brain collaterals.so as to provide new ideas and guidance for the prevention and treatment of senile dementia in traditional Chinese medicine.
