摘要
全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,是党在新时代满足人民美好生活需要、破解发展不平衡、消除贫富两极分化的必然要求。文本从价值逻辑、理论逻辑、历史逻辑与实践逻辑阐释共同富裕。从价值逻辑看,共同富裕传承中华优秀传统文化的价值主张,体现了马克思主义的科学目标和人民立场,彰显了中国共产党的科学认知与价值追求;从理论逻辑看,文本梳理了马克思主义政治经济学、当代西方经济学对不平等的论述及不同时期中国共产党对共同富裕的追求与探索;从历史逻辑看,中国共产党自成立以来,在革命、建设、改革和新时代的不同时期,带领中国人民持续追求共同富裕目标,接续推动共同富裕社会实践,取得了历史性成就,彰显了社会主义制度优越性;从实践逻辑看,新时代扎实推动共同富裕,要坚持党的全面领导,贯彻落实新发展理念,在科技创新、乡村振兴、区域协调发展、民生保障、完善分配体系等重点领域推动落实共同富裕要求。
As an important feature of Chinese modernization,common prosperity is an inevitable requirement of the CPC to meet the people’s needs for a better life,to overcome the problem of unbalanced development,and to narrow the gap in the distribution of wealth.This paper aims to clarity the value,theoretical,historical,and practical logic behind the concept of common prosperity.In terms of value logic,common prosperity inherits the value proposition of Chinese excellent traditional culture,reflects the goal and people’s position in Marxism,and highlights the value pursuit of the CPC.From the perspective of theoretical logic,this paper reviews the concepts of inequality in Marxist political economics as well as in contemporary western economics,and the CPC’s concept of common prosperity in different periods.Historically,the CPC has,since its founding in 1921,led the Chinese people to pursue the goal of common prosperity in different periods,and has made great accomplishments toward this goal,fully demonstrating the superiority of the socialist system.In terms of practical logic,in order to promote common prosperity in the new era,we must implement the new development concept under the leadership of the CPC,particularly in such important areas as scientific and technological innovation,rural revitalization,regional coordinated development,social security,and wealth distribution system.
