摘要
深基坑开挖的降水作业会导致基坑外侧土体沉降,对临近基坑的建筑物安全性具有较大影响。本文以实际工程为研究对象,采用有限元分析方法对基坑降水工作对临近建筑物的影响规律进行了分析。研究表明基坑降水所引起的坑外土体沉降随距基坑距离增大呈现先急速增加,到达峰值后,缓慢降低的趋势,最大沉降量发生在距离基坑6~8 m处,并在距基坑25 m处,沉降趋势开始变缓。此外,案例在基坑开挖过程中临近建筑物最大沉降量为1.86 mm,说明本工程所采用的降水及开挖方案具有很好的合理性。本文研究内容可谓后续深基坑开挖降水工作的开展提供借鉴。
The dewatering operation of deep foundation pit excavation will lead to the settlement of soil outside the foundation pit,which has a great impact on the safety of buildings adjacent to the foundation pit.In this paper,the actual project is taken as the research object,and the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the influence of foundation pit dewatering on adjacent buildings.The research shows that the settlement of the soil outside the pit caused by the dewatering of the foundation pit increases rapidly with the increase of the distance from the foundation pit,and after reaching the peak,it decreases slowly.The maximum settlement occurs at 6~8 m from the foundation pit,and at 25 m from the foundation pit,the settlement trend begins to slow down.In addition,the maximum settlement of the adjacent buildings during the excavation of the foundation pit is 1.86 mm,which indicates that the dewatering and excavation scheme adopted in this project has good rationality.The research content of this paper can be described as a reference for the subsequent development of deep foundation pit excavation and dewatering.
