钙钛矿体材料的合成及量子点光转换膜制备

摘要 钙钛矿材料因其独特的晶体结构和优异的光电性能,在太阳能电池、发光二极管(LED)、光探测器等领域展现出广阔的应用前景。文章综述了钙钛矿体材料的多种合成方法,并详细介绍了钙钛矿量子点光转换膜的制备技术。通过对溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法、高能球磨法以及热注射法等合成方法的探讨,为钙钛矿材料的制备提供了全面视角。同时,结合量子点光转换膜的原位制备技术和应用实例,展示了钙钛矿量子点在提升显示器件性能方面的巨大潜力。 Because of its unique crystal structure and excellent photoelectric performance,perovskite materials have shown broad application prospects in the f ields of solar cells,light-emitting diodes(LED),light detectors and so on.In this paper,the synthesis methods of perovskite ore body materials are reviewed,and the preparation technology of perovskite quantum dot photoconversion f ilm is introduced in detail.The synthesis methods such as sol-gel method,hydrothermal synthesis method,high-energy ball milling method and hot injection metho d were discussed to provide a comprehensive perspective for the preparation of perovskite materials.At the same time,combined with the in-situ preparation technology and application examples of quantum dot photoconversion f ilms,the great potential of perovskite quantum dots in improving the performance of display devices is demonstrated.
