石油化工管道防腐关键技术研究

摘要 在石油化工的生产过程中,工艺管道的腐蚀现象已然成为阻碍企业平稳运行的核心要素。频繁出现的腐蚀故障,不仅会造成经济方面的巨大损失,而且极有可能诱发安全事故,对人员生命与财产安全构成严重威胁。鉴于此,文章选取实际项目作为范例,围绕集成变压整流器、辅助阳极设计等多个关键环节展开深入探究,系统剖析强制电流阴极保护法应用于石油化工工艺管道腐蚀防护领域的具体运用方式与效果。以期能够为石油化工行业在管道腐蚀防护方面提供一定的参考,助力企业提升管道的安全性与耐久性,降低因腐蚀问题而带来的各类风险与损失,推动整个行业在安全生产与可持续发展道路上稳步前行。 In the process of petrochemical production,the corrosion of process pipelines has become the core factor that hinders the smooth operation of enterprises.Frequent corrosion failure will not only cause huge economic losses,but also is likely to induce safety accidents,posing a serious threat to human life and property safety.In view of this,this paper selects a practical project as an example to conduct in-depth exploration around several key links such as integrated transformer rectif ier and auxiliary anode design,and systematically analyzes the specif ic application mode and effect of forced current cathode protection law applied in the f ield of corrosion protection of petrochemical process pipelines.It is expected to provide some references for the petrochemical industry in pipeline corrosion protection,help enterprises to improve the safety and durability of pipelines,reduce various risks and losses caused by corrosion problems,and promote the entire industry to move steadily forward on the road of safe production and sustainable development.
