国外二氧化碳管道设计与建设技术体系研究

摘要 随着全球对CO_(2)减排的日益重视,CO_(2)管道运输已成为关键环节。文章深入探讨了国外CO_(2)管道设计与建设的技术体系。在管材选择方面,分析了其对组分控制和止裂性能的高要求。对于输送相态,研究着重于流动保障分析,以确保高效且稳定的输送过程。在放空设计中,超临界CO_(2)管道的放空过程具有特殊性,对管道的安全运行至关重要。在泄漏检测方面,介绍了检测方法、原理及注意事项。此外,还介绍了焊接检测、试压与干燥环节,并概述了国外CO_(2)管道的验收要求及控制指标。通过对国外CO_(2)管道设计与建设技术体系的全面研究,为相关技术的发展提供了重要的参考与借鉴,对推动CO_(2)管道运输的发展具有重要意义。 With the increasing global emphasis on CO_(2)emission reduction,CO_(2)pipeline transportation has become a crucial link.This paper delves into the technical system of CO_(2)pipeline design and construction in foreign countries.In terms of pipe material selection,it analyzes the high requirements for component control and crack arrest performance.Regarding the transportation phase state,the research focuses on flow assurance analysis to ensure eff icient and stable transportation.In venting design,the venting process of supercritical CO_(2)pipelines has particular characteristics,which are crucial to the safe operation of the pipeline.In terms of leak detection,detection methods,principles,and precautions are introduced.Additionally,welding inspection,pressure testing,and drying processes are discussed,and the acceptance requirements and control indicators for CO_(2)pipelines in foreign countries are outlined.Through a comprehensive study of the technical system of CO_(2)pipeline design and construction in foreign countries,this research provides important references for the development of related technologies and holds signif icant importance for promoting the development of CO_(2)pipeline transportation.
