摘要
合成氨工业在国民生产生活中占据重要地位。由于合成氨反应条件较为苛刻,当前合成氨设备能耗较高,且部分设备较易出现故障,从而导致合成氨生产成本增加。为了探寻合成氨生产节能增效的有效措施,文章以某化工厂合成氨车间为例,详细梳理了该厂合成氨的最新工艺流程,归纳了近年来该厂在合成氨设备方面所做的改进,并初步提出了后续可能的改进设想。
Ammonia synthesis plays a crucial role in both civil life and industry.Due to the strict conditions required for ammonia synthesis,the equipment often consumes high energy and is prone to breakdowns.Such phenomena result in an increase in the cost of ammonia synthesis.To explore energy saving and efficiency-enhancing measures for ammonia synthesis,this paper summarizes the latest technological advancements and strategies employed in a chemical plant,as well as their improvements in equipment for saving energy and improving eff iciency in ammonia synthesis.Furthermore,possible improvements for future production are proposed.
