摘要
中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的意见》明确提出要“提升职业学校关键办学能力”,优化内部治理体系是高职院校提升关键办学能力的一项改革任务,为实现高职院校高质量发展保驾护航。目前,高职院校内部治理体系中存在法治思维淡薄、共治思维不充分、规章制度不健全、治理结构不合理等问题,导致内部治理体系运行低效。在大数据背景下,提升师生数字化治理素养、更新治理理念、提高治理能力、形成治理文化是优化高职院校内部治理体系的有效路径。
The“Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Modern Vocational Education System Construction”by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council of People’s Republic of China clearly proposes to“enhance the key educational capabilities of vocational schools”,and optimizing the internal governance system is a reform task for vocational colleges to enhance their key educational capabilities,safeguarding the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Currently,there are still problems in the internal governance of vocational colleges,such as weak legal thinking,insufficient co-governance thinking,incomplete rules and regulations,and unreasonable governance structure,resulting in inefficient operation of the internal governance system.In the context of big data,improving digital governance literacy,updating governance concepts,improving governance capabilities,and forming a governance culture are effective ways to optimize the internal governance system of vocational colleges.
