摘要
基于我国30个省份2013—2022年的面板数据,采用门槛效应模型检验不同绿色金融发展水平下农村产业绿色融合对乡村生态振兴的异质性影响,同时基于绿色金融与农村产业绿色融合互促共进的耦合关系,运用中介效应模型和调节效应模型进一步探讨绿色金融、农村产业绿色融合与乡村生态振兴之间的传导机制。结果表明:(1)农村产业绿色融合对乡村生态振兴的促进作用受到绿色金融发展水平的单门槛效应影响;(2)农村产业绿色融合在绿色金融赋能乡村生态振兴过程中发挥了显著的中介作用;(3)绿色金融与农村产业绿色融合的耦合关系能共同作用于乡村生态振兴,显著提高乡村生态文明建设水平。在此基础上,有针对性地提出“健全完善绿色金融体系,推动绿色金融服务创新”“持续推进农村产业绿色融合,助推产业生态化与生态产业化协调发展”“推动绿色金融与农村产业绿色融合的精准对接,协同赋能乡村生态振兴”等政策建议。
Based on provincial panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,a threshold effect model was used to test the heterogeneous impact of rural industry green integration on rural ecological revitalization under different levels of green finance development.At the same time,based on the coupling relationship between green finance and rural industry green integration,the intermediary effect model and regulatory effect model were used to further explore the transmission mechanism between green finance,rural industry green integration,and rural ecological revitalization.The results indicate that:(1) the promoting effect of green integration of rural industries on rural ecological revitalization will be influenced by the single threshold effect of the development level of green finance;(2) the green integration of rural industries has played a significant mediating role in empowering rural ecological revitalization through green finance;(3) the coupling relationship between green finance and green integration of rural industries can jointly promote rural ecological revitalization and significantly improve the level of rural ecological civilization construction.On this basis,targeted policy recommendations such as “improving and perfecting the green financial system,promoting innovation in green financial services”,“continuously promoting green integration of rural industries,promoting coordinated development of industrial ecology and ecological industrialization”,and “promoting precise integration of green finance and rural industries,and empowering rural ecological revitalization” are proposed.
