摘要
高校基层党建与学风建设具有目标和内在逻辑的一致性。发挥党建优势助力学风建设质量提升,是高质量党建引领学校事业高质量发展的重要体现。党建工作中的组织优势、制度优势和宣传优势能够有效地组织师生、凝聚师生和服务师生,为构建学风建设队伍及相关政策制度的制定和落实提供强力保障。将党建优势融入学风建设,发挥党建引领的助推作用、教师主体的示范作用和朋辈教育的辐射作用,全面激发学生的自我教育意识和教师的主动参与意识,构建协同育人的教育格局,是学风建设质量提升的有效路径。
The grass-roots Party building and the learning atmosphere construction in universities have the consistency of goal and internal logic.Giving full play to the advantages of Party building to help improve the quality of learning atmosphere construction is an important embodiment of high-quality Party building leading the high-quality development of school undertakings.The advantages of organization,system and publicity in the Party building work can effectively organize,unite and serve teachers and students,and provide a strong guarantee for the construction of the learning atmosphere construction team and the formulation and implementation of relevant policies and systems.Integrating the advantages of Party building into the construction of learning atmosphere,giving full play to the boosting role of Party building,the exemplary role of teachers and the radiating role of peer education,fully stimulating students’self-education consciousness and teachers’active participation consciousness,and building an education pattern of collaborative education are effective ways to improve the quality of learning atmosphere construction.
