摘要
高校作为全面依法治国的重要阵地,应深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,坚持依法治校,全面推进法治高校建设。高校依法治校工作取得了一定成效,但仍面临定位不清晰、法治实践不够深入等问题。为此,高校须积极总结经验与不足,通过强化依法治校的统筹规划、促进法治工作机构的深度参与、主动前置法律风险防控机制、加强法治宣传教育及法治文化建设等多维度举措,不断提升高校法治化水平,为构建法治社会贡献力量。
As an important front in the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law,colleges and universities should thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,adhere to running the schools in accordance with the law,and comprehensively promote the construction of law-based colleges and universities.Although certain achievements have been made in this regard,colleges and universities still face issues such as unclear positioning and inadequate legal practice.To address these,colleges and universities need to actively summarize their experiences and shortcomings,and continuously enhance their level of legal governance by adopting multi-dimensional measures such as strengthening overall planning for running the schools in accordance with the law,promoting in-depth participation of legal affairs institutions,proactively establishing legal risk prevention and control mechanisms,strengthening legal publicity and education,and fostering a legal culture.In this way,they can contribute to the construction of a society ruled by law.
