摘要
进行装封箱机数字化全生命周期管控平台架构设计的主要目的是对装封箱机进行集中管理和实时监控,通过及时洞察机组运行状态,快速识别和处理故障隐患,以免因故障停机造成较大的经济损失。相对于单机管理来说,机群管理的功能更加强大,可以完成更为复杂的生产任务,且通过协同调度管理能够增强各个机组设备的配合度,使设备机组的整体性能得到稳步提升。鉴于此,可以基于故障预测和健康管理技术构建装封箱机数字化全生命周期管控平台架构,以期形成一个智能化管控平台,以适应不断变化的生产业务。
The main purpose of designing the digital full life cycle control platform architecture of the packaging and sealing machine is to centrally manage and monitor the packaging machine in real time.By timely insight into the operation status of the unit,hidden dangers of faults can be quickly identified and dealt with to avoid significant economic losses caused by downtime due to faults.Compared with single-machine management,cluster management is more powerful and can complete more complex production tasks.Through collaborative scheduling management,the cooperation degree of each unit equipment can be enhanced,so that the overall performance of the equipment unit can be steadily improved.In view of this,a digital full life cycle control platform architecture for box sealing machines can be built based on fault prediction and health management technologies,in order to form an intelligent management and control platform to adapt to the changing production business.
