摘要
化工园区是以发展化工产业为核心的规划区,涉及危险化学品生产、储存、运输、使用、经营和废弃等环节,具有危险化学品流向复杂、数量大、种类多和集中度高等特点,任一环节存在问题均可能引发重特大安全事故。为有效提升化工园区本质安全管理水平,基于“工业互联网+危化安全生产”的理念,提出化工园区危险化学品全流程监管信息化建设的思路和功能设计,实现对危险化学品的全流程监管。
The chemical industry park is a planned area with the development of the chemical industry as its core,involving the production,storage,transportation,use,operation,and disposal of hazardous chemicals.It has the characteristics of complex flow,large quantity,multiple types,and high concentration of hazardous chemicals.Any problem in any link may lead to major safety accidents.In order to effectively improve the intrinsic safety management level of the chemical industry park,based on the concept of"industrial Internet plus+safe production of hazardous chemicals",the idea and functional design of the informatization construction of the whole process supervision of hazardous chemicals in the chemical industry park are proposed to realize the whole process supervision of hazardous chemicals.
