摘要
小儿脑瘫是常见且易致小儿终身残疾的儿科疾病,现代医学目前主要通过肌内注射药物和手术等方式恢复脑瘫患儿的运动技能,多数侧重于预后康复,但临床疗效欠佳,且存在不良反应。张振宇主任医师根据《黄帝内经》及其他中医古籍中关于“精、髓、玄府”的论述,认为小儿脑瘫的中医根本病机是肾精不足、玄府不通,结合多年临床实践经验,治疗主方采用六味地黄丸合续命汤,通过辨证论治从根本上治疗小儿脑瘫,临床疗效显著。
Pediatric cerebral palsy is a common pediatric disease that is prone to lifelong disability.Currently,Western medicine mainly restores the motor skills of children with cerebral palsy through intramuscular injection of drugs and surgery.Most of them focus on prognosis rehabilitation,but the clinical efficacy is still not ideal and there are adverse reactions.Director Zhang Zhenyu,based on the discussion of“essence,marrow,and Xuanfu”in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon and other ancient Chinese medicine books,analyzed and concluded that the fundamental pathogenesis of pediatric cerebral palsy in traditional Chinese medicine is insufficient kidney essence and obstruction of Xuanfu.Based on years of clinical practice experience,the main treatment is the combination of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan and Xu Ming Tang.Through dialectical treatment,the overall treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy is fundamentally improved,with significant clinical efficacy and no side effects.
