摘要
随着二孩、三孩政策的开放,许多妇女有生育意愿,但不孕症发病率却越来越高,卵巢功能减退、多囊卵巢综合征、宫腔粘连等严重影响女性生育力。全国名老中医尤昭玲教授历经数十年中医生殖门诊的临证总结,结合现代医学与中医学,独创“冰山论”“巢宫论”“卵膜论”及“纳胎论”,合称尤昭玲“生殖四论”。基于尤昭玲“生殖四论”,结合药食同源学说,总结尤昭玲教授常用药膳煲在中医生殖门诊中的应用,为中医药治疗生殖疾病提供理论依据和治疗思路。
With the opening of the two child and three child policy,many women are willing to have children,but the incidence rate of infertility is getting higher and higher.Ovarian dysfunction,polycystic ovary syndrome,intrauterine adhesions and other factors seriously affect female fertility.Professor You Zhaoling,a nationally renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,has accumulated decades of clinical experience in traditional Chinese medicine reproductive clinics.Combining modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,she has created the“Iceberg Theory”“Nest Palace Theory”“Egg Membrane Theory”and“Fertility Theory”collectively known as the“Four Theories of Reproduction”by You Zhaoling.Based on You Zhaoling's“Four Theories of Reproduction”and the theory of homology between medicine and food,this paper summarizes the application of Professor You Zhaoling's commonly used Tonic Diet cooker in TCM reproductive clinics,providing theoretical basis and treatment ideas for TCM treatment of reproductive diseases.
