摘要
补中益气汤最早记载于《内外伤辨惑论》,由黄芪、人参、白术、炙甘草、陈皮、当归、升麻、柴胡等组成,具有补中益气,升阳举陷的功用。研究分别从调节线粒体功能、糖酵解、脂代谢及能量代谢的信号途径4个方面综述了补中益气汤及其有效成分调节能量代谢的药理作用的研究进展。补中益气汤中的有效成分能够调节线粒体功能,提高细胞的能量供应和抗氧化能力,对改善代谢性疾病有一定帮助;可调节脂肪合成、分解和血脂水平,有望预防动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等心血管疾病的发生和发展,对保护心血管健康具有积极意义;能够调节腺苷单磷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP-activated Protein Kinase,AMPK)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor,PPAR)等信号通路,促进葡萄糖和脂质的代谢平衡,有助于预防和改善糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病。总之,补中益气汤及其化学成分通过多种途径调节能量代谢,对糖酵解、线粒体功能及能量信号途径等关键环节进行干预,有望成为治疗能量代谢相关疾病的潜在药物。
The Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)was first recorded in Neiwaishang Bianhuo Lun(《内外伤辨惑论》).It is composed of Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Zhigancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Shenma(Rhizoma Cimicifugae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),etc..It has the function of supplementing Qi(气)and lifting Yang(阳).In this paper,the pharmacological effects of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction and its active components on regulating energy metabolism were reviewed from four aspects of regulating mitochondrial function,glycolysis,lipid metabolism,and energy metabolism signal pathways.The active ingredients in the Buzhong Yiqi decoction can regulate mitochondrial function,improve the energy supply and antioxidant capacity of cells,and ameliorate metabolic diseases.By regulating fat synthesis,decomposition and regulating blood lipid levels,it is expected to prevent the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease,which is of positive significance for protecting cardiovascular health.Its active ingredients also can regulate signaling pathways such as AMPK and PPAR,promote the metabolic balance of glucose and lipids,and prevent and ameliorate metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity.In general,the Buzhong Yiqi decoction and its chemical components regulate energy metabolism through various ways,and intervene in key links such as glycolysis,mitochondrial function and energy signaling pathway,which is expected to become a potential drug for the treatment of diseases related to energy metabolism.
