摘要
目的:探讨临床治疗小儿腹泻组方的用药规律及特点,为临床诊治该病提供相应参考。方法:摘录《古今名医临证金鉴·儿科卷》中治疗腹泻的方剂,运用关联规则分析、因子分析等数据挖掘方法总结中药治疗该病的组方规律。结果:共纳入138首符合要求的内服中药处方,涉及136味中药,累计使用1 101次。治疗小儿腹泻的中药多为补虚类、利水渗湿类、理气类,这些中药性温、味甘,主要归脾经、肺经、胃经。通过关联规则分析得到21项中药组合。通过因子分析得到6个公因子。以白术为自变量,最佳识别中药为茯苓。结论:本研究基于数据挖掘获得治疗小儿腹泻的高频中药,揭示出组方规律,为该病的临床治疗提供参考。
Objective:To provide corresponding references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diarrhea by exploring the prescription rules and medication characteristics of clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:The related prescriptions for treating pediatric diarrhea in Pediatrics Volume of Ancient and Modern Famous Doctors’Clinical Golden Mirror were extracted to summarize the prescription rules by data mining methods such as association rule analysis,and factor analysis.Results:A total of 138 TCM oral prescriptions that met the requirement were included,involving 136 Chinese medicines,and the cumulative used frequency was 1101 times.Chinese medicines for treating pediatric diarrhea were mainly tonifying medicines,diuresis-promoting and dampness-clearing medicines,and Qi(气)-regulating medicines,which mainly had warm property and sweet taste,and the effective constituents were mostly absorbed by spleen meridian,lung meridian,and stomach meridian.A total of 21 Chinese medicine combinations were obtained by association rules analysis;while 6 public factors were got by factor analysis.Taking Baizhu(Atractylode)as an independent variable,the best recognition Chinese medicine was Fuling(Poria).Conclusion:High-frequency Chinese medicines for treating pediatric diarrhea are obtained by data mining in this study,and the prescription rules are revealed,which provides a reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
