摘要
心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床综合征,其治疗常涉及多种药物的联合应用,这对改善患者的预后至关重要。然而,药物治疗也增加了症状性低血压的发生风险,可能导致不良后果,并影响患者对指南导向的药物治疗的依从性,增加不良事件的发生率。因此,有效管理心力衰竭患者的症状性低血压是一个临床挑战。本文阐述了心力衰竭患者症状性低血压的流行病学、高危人群特征、识别症状性低血压有效方法,药物调整的详细流程和患者教育建议,旨在为临床医师提供更好的治疗策略和管理方法,以改善心力衰竭患者预后及生活质量。
Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome,and its treatment often involves the combination of multiple drugs,which is crucial for improving the prognosis of patients.However,drug therapy also increases the risk of symptomatic hypotension,which may lead to adverse consequences and affect patient compliance with guideline-directed medical treatment,increasing the incidence of adverse events.Therefore,effectively managing symptomatic hypotension in heart failure patients is a clinical challenge.This article elaborates on the epidemiology of symptomatic hypotension in patients with heart failure,characteristics of high-risk populations,effective methods for identifying symptomatic hypotension,detailed procedures for medication adjustment,and recommendations for patient education to provide clinical doctors with better treatment strategies and management methods to improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
