摘要
研究了乙醛回收装置精馏塔停车复开车之后,精馏塔运行恶化问题,发现产出乙醛的品质难以保证,容易发生自聚反应,而且精馏塔液位波动比较大,从而导致乙醛产品纯度降低。进一步探讨了乙醛纯度降低及精馏塔内壁附着物和精馏塔液位波动产生的原因。实践证明,更改控制参数、改变阻聚剂配比比例、调节回流量、降低回流罐液位、清洗塔5种方法具有可行性,提高了乙醛产品的纯度。
The deterioration of the operation of distillation tower in acetaldehyde recovery unit was studied after the distillation tower was stopped and started again.It was found that the quality of the produced acet⁃aldehyde was difficult to guarantee,auto-polymerization was easy to occur,and the fluctuation of the liquid level in the distillation tower fluctuated greatly,which led to the decrease of the purity of acetaldehyde prod⁃ucts.The reasons for the decrease of acetaldehyde purity,the attachment of substances on the inner wall of the distillation tower and the fluctuation of the liquid level in the distillation tower were further discussed.The practice proves that it is feasible to change the control parameters,change the proportion of the inhibi⁃tor,adjust the return flow,reduce the liquid level of the reflux tank and clean the tower,which improve the purity of acetaldehyde products.
